We are busy. Time gets away. Parcels that need returning get forgotten.

But please, that lovely item might be just the size someone else is looking for, so we would love you to return it as soon as possible once you decide it’s not for you.

We have a 30 day returns policy. You can choose to receive a refund or a credit note on full price items.

The important bits:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same ‘brand new’ condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no make up marks, with tags, and in its own, original packaging. It is really important that you include the return slip that was inserted in your parcel when it arrived.

We ask that you cover the return postage of your goods. The safe return of the item is the responsibility of the purchaser, so we recommend that you opt to include tracking in your postage to minimize the possibility of loss or damage during the return trip.

Your return items will be assessed once they are received and a refund or credit note will be issued only if the above conditions are met.

To book your return, please email us at hello@theconronstore.com.au and include:

  • In the subject line: Returns - # your order number
  • In the email: your name, contact number and a description of the items you wish to return for refund or store credit (please let us know which of these you prefer)

We will reply with a prepaid postage label for you to use.

Once we assess your return upon its arrival back to us (within the 30 day period), and it fits the bill for return requirements, we will either refund you or provide a credit note, depending on what preference you nominated in your returns email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, special orders/custom products and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Special Orders

As we indicate to you when you place your special order with us, these special order item cannot be returned or refunded, and their deposits are also non-refundable.
