A NOTE FROM SOPHIE
I made caramalised onion tarts at Christmas for my family using Tall Poppy Gourmet's caramalised onion and they were a hit!
All you need is a packet of store bought pastry cases, I chose the mini ones so they are bite size. Add a dollop of caramalised onion in each, top with a bit of goats cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. I think 10 minutes is pretty good. Let them cool a bit and add some chopped chives on top. Ta da!
